Women in Finance (WIF) at Florida International University is a student organization dedicated to bringing together ambitious women pursuing careers in finance. Founded in 2024, WIF was created to build a strong, supportive community where members can connect, grow, and navigate their professional journeys together. Guided by our mission to Grow, Lead, and Excel, WIF is committed to building a welcoming, kind, and encouraging community of hardworking and intellectually curious women in finance.
