About Women In Travel CIC

Women in Travel CIC exists to economically empower women, particularly those from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds. We do this by connecting underserved, diverse female+ talent to employment and enterprising opportunities in the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality industries. We provide: - Employability and Entrepreneurship services (connecting organisations to our most vulnerable yet talented candidates who undergo training, upskilling and mentoring programmes. - DEI Leadership, Training and Consulting with Educational Activities. - Online Events such as Lunch N Learn Online Webinars. - In-person Events such as International Women in Travel and Tourism Forum & Awards (IWTTF & Awards). - Mentoring through the Male Allyship Network and Mentoring Circles (for individuals and corporations). - Women-led tours by our proud graduates of Tour Guiding Academy.
