WECO partners with high-impact, grassroots community leaders who are deeply invested in uplifting their communities. Together, we work to support primarily underserved women and girls by enhancing their educational and economic opportunities (currently in Kenya, Costa Rica, India, Peru, and Cambodia). Our vision is to improve the lives of women and girls by fostering institutional change from the grassroots level. Through co-created, needs-based projects, we strengthen existing ecosystems of resilient gender equity work to provide greater, longer-lasting impact for generations to come.
