The Women's Engineering Society Our Vision Our vision is of an engineering industry that employs the diversity of the society it serves, to solve the biggest societal issues of our time; Our Mission To support women in engineering to fulfil their potential, and support the engineering industry to be inclusive. Our Work We are a Charitable Company, governed by a Board of Trustees according to our Articles. We have individual members and organisational partners and produce a quarterly journal, The Woman Engineer, as well as a monthly e-newsletter. Our programmes and projects are focused on our members and on advancing our vision and mission.
