Wonder Services is a change management and transformation consulting firm that specializes in supporting organizations at every stage of their change initiatives. We excel at change management for organizations undergoing a digital transformation, procurement transformation, or other large-scale change effecting procurement. We firmly believe that technology is a powerful enabler of success within any organization. However, without proper change management and process design, traditionally 70% of projects fail. That's why Wonder Services was founded in 2019 – to change the success rate of digital transformation projects and to put people and process back into the center.
