About Wood Companies

The Short North has been our home for over thirty years. In partnership with our tenants, shopkeepers, local residents, businesses, startups and restaurants, we’ve helped envision and create one of the city’s and the nation’s most vibrant, eclectic and desirable neighborhoods. Preserving the history of the neighborhood is crucial to us as we renovate, restore and develop each and every one of our properties. For the past 35 years, nothing’s been more important to us than devoting our time, energy and efforts to supporting and bettering our neighborhood.Whether you’re looking for your next home or thinking of setting up shop in the Short North, we’d love to help you take the next step.
