About WOODFOLD GROUP LIMITED

Woodfold is a bespoke property management company providing high-end residence and lettings management, and complementary family office services to its clients. We are based in central London and specialise in supporting private clients, trustees and family offices in the management of their private homes and residential property portfolios. Woodfold takes a bespoke approach to property management, working closely alongside its clients, or their private offices, to fulfil their needs with complete confidentiality and discretion at all times. Services cover private residences and portfolios of residential investment properties. We provide a comprehensive range of on-going practical property management services to meet clients’ needs. We will visit our clients’ properties, provide a weekly monitoring service, deal with utility companies, arrange maintenance and servicing, and ensure timely repairs on their behalf. Contracts can also include bookkeeping, hiring of staff and full payroll services, as well as HR management if required. The wider family office offering has grown out of the company's experience of what clients need, complementing our other services, helping to simplify clients’ lives and free up more of their time. Routine services include arranging housekeeping and cleaning services; preparing properties for occupation and arranging for delivery of flowers and groceries. We can also provide more specialised assistance with relocation; education; asset registration and tracking; security advice; and introductions to relevant professionals. What sets Woodfold apart from our competitors is the quality and rigour of our administration and accounting; the energy and engagement of our client managers; and the experience, gravitas and judgement of the senior team.
