Woodland Development is a growing commercial real estate development firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Woodlands team is responsible for the on-going development of nearly 1 million square feet of shallow bay industrial product across the southeast, with project sizes ranging from $5M to $50M in total capitalization. Woodland Development is also active in Class B industrial and IOS acquisitions. Our team has followed a prosperous since the founding in 2022, with goals to become a national recognized development group in the coming years.
