Your projects are a priority, confidential and we treat our client's business, like our own. We will NEVER outsource your material to anyone else to transcribe. It will all be done in-house, by Word Tech staff. Your projects and your material are treated as highly confidential and never shared with or discussed with anyone. Word Tech has been certified by the State of Minnesota, CERT Program, MN-UCP-DBE, University of Minnesota-Targeted Business Group, Level 2 CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Security), and SAM. Word Tech specializes in transcription and word processing; working with producers in the film/TV industry, corporate videos, and sales meetings, one on one or group interviews for public relations firms and advertising agencies, legal investigations and criminal justice interrogations/interviews, administrative court hearings, criminal investigation interviews, product/service branding meetings, podcasts, and focus groups. If it's audio or video, we can transcribe it into a document for you. Transcripts are needed for qualitative research projects for universities and higher learning. Transcripts of podcasts, presentations, seminars, and webinars can be a very necessary and helpful tool for your hearing impaired clients, consumers, and employees.
