Workplace Strategies’ core expertise is in providing employers with labour law advice, assisting them to navigate complex employment laws and introducing best-practice human resource management. • We advise employers on labour law compliance and drawn upon that knowledge to draft and implement employment documentation, including employment contracts, contractors’ agreement, restraints of trade and workplace policies. 
 • We experienced with handling industrial relations issues, such as trade union organisational rights, wage negotiations and redundancy programs. 
 • We assist employers with human resource initiatives, including offering an outsourced-HR service. We are experts in the implementation of performance management and employment equity programs. 
 • We understand workplace dispute resolution and offer chairpersons for internal hearings, provide mediation services and prepare employers for CCMA and bargaining council proceedings. 
 • We are passionate about up-skilling employers and their managers and have developed and facilitate workplace training programs in areas such as understanding labour laws and managing employee performance/discipline.
