As featured in Brisbane's Courier mail, works4us is a simple web-based program that allows employees to be like a partner with the Business Owner This program can be set up in minutes and the agreement is easy to exit if required. You are the boss - so tailor a program to suit your needs! Under this program the employees are offered rewards based on their work, sales or profit that they generate. The rewards could be swapped for tools of trade, extra training or more time off work. You have multiple choices of how much of the reward they get paid at various dates and how much is retained to be paid at the end of this year or even next year. You enter a few numbers and our system and calculators create the monthly or quarterly statements for you and your employees.
