About WorkWork.AU

WorkWork exists to close the gap between what young people learn at school and what life actually expects of them. We run hands-on workshops and real-world learning programs that teach teens how to land their first job, show up with confidence, and build the foundations of employability - from writing a CV and understanding TFNs to teamwork, communication, and initiative. Founded by Hayley Markham and Pete Neill, two of the original founders of Code Camp, WorkWork draws on deep experience in education, technology, and curriculum design. Together they’re passionate about helping teens develop the skills, confidence, and mindset to succeed in their first jobs and future careers. Our mission extends beyond casual employment - WorkWork is building a new pathway where schools, employers, and community partners come together to prepare young people for the workforce of tomorrow. Through co-designed programs, corporate collaborations, and sponsored workshops, we connect education with real industry needs, giving students a tangible head-start and helping organisations invest meaningfully in the next generation of talent.
