About World Women's Snooker

World Women’s Snooker (WWS) was formed in 1981 by Mandy Fisher and has been responsible for the staging of international women’s snooker events ever since. WWS through its development tour aims to increase participation in the sport among women and girls, remaining accessible for newcomers to the sport while also providing a pathway for elite talent to compete on the mixed gender professional World Snooker Tour and in high-level amateur competitions.
