About Worsley Consulting Engineers

Worsley Consulting Engineers is an emerging professional services firm providing solutions for the built environment. Our Chartered Engineers and talented professionals advise on civil, traffic, and specialist climate services. We are a purpose-led practice that bridges the gap between sustainability policy and practical ground-plane engineering. We have pioneered Regenerative Civil Design and are developers of Australia's first embodied carbon calculator for civil infrastructure, WC3. We believe true engineering value comes from understanding the 'why' behind every decision, not just excelling at 'how'. This means less 'checkbox' engineering and more tailored, insightful solutions. We work closely with architectural designers and clients on some of society’s most meaningful projects including social infrastructure and place-making public realms. By leveraging our agile team of experts, generative AI-enabled insights, and our unique value-based approach we develop bespoke, high value solutions that are unlike the last project.
