WP Innova jobs and careers

About WP Innova

We are a leading Canadian manufacturer of off-the-shelf, specialty and custom film and foil packaging solutions. We are reliable, strong and hardworking, but our core strength is our ability to innovate to meet client needs.  WP Innova’s heritage is rooted in family. The Cunningham family established our mother company, Western Plastics, over 40 years ago in Galway, Ireland. As family members moved abroad, they set up independent businesses in Georgia and California, as well as our own location founded in 1998 in Mississauga, Ontario by Bridget Cunningham-Clarke. Our Canadian manufacturing and R&D facility services customers from coast to coast as well as Holland, England and the USA. We develop ground-breaking, imaginative products and solutions in partnership with our customers and our suppliers, including flagship brands like PANACEA WRAP®, PRECISIONRAP®, AIRFLOW™ and WRAPMASTER. Our mission is to do an extraordinary job of protecting valued assets throughout their journey. Customers count on us to find new ways of safeguarding their products and improving business results. Our dedication to think differently and to reinvent, uncover and solve customer problems through materials science is unique in the packaging sector. We are passionate, inquisitive and push boundaries every day. Our practices are honest and trustworthy, which is something that has won us loyal customers. Our people deliver on promises and we stand behind our products 100%. These are the things we value most: Integrity, Innovation, Ownership, Passion and Trust.
