About WSU Students Book Corporation

The Students Book Corporation is a nonprofit and student owned entity that exists to serve the Washington State University student body. Founded in 1914, the stock of the corporation is held in trust for the students by the Trustees of the Corporation who are also the acting Board of Regents for WSU. Comprised of nine total voting Directors. These Directors are required to hold officer positions such as Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Directors see to the campus stores of The Bookie, and CORETECH.
