A cocktail enthusiast whose goal is to have fun and inspire others with tasty libations. After many years of making cocktails for friends, we wanted to expand into what I refer to as the "three Cs" of cocktails - creating them, communicating with people about them, and connecting with people around the world who are interested in cocktails. Attending the Tales of the Cocktail conference in New Orleans in 2014 inspired me to launch this blog with my wife. I describe myself as "professional amateur" when it comes to cocktails. I've never been a bartender. Of course, over the years I have spent plenty of time with bartenders around the country and the world. Do you want to tell us about a cocktail we should make?
