About Xcelerate Women

Xcelerate is a transformative community recognizing the systemic inequities and experiences of business owners who embody or share traits of womanhood, within or beyond the gender binary. We work together to build economic power for those traditionally marginalized by the system today, and into the future. We celebrate the uniqueness anddiversity of people, wherever they are on their journey. Our programs serve women and gender non-conforming business owners in Oregon who have a growth strategy for their business beyond themselves. Our mission is to address the systemic inequities women experience in growing their businesses by providing access to the gender and culturally competent resources they need.
