Xeroc provides concrete circularity, reusing the aggregates, sand and cement components of demolition waste in freshly produced, low-carbon material. Concrete is essential to modern life, but while it is strong and durable, it is also a major source of carbon emissions and is hard to recycle. The current linear economy is not sustainable. Representing nearly half of all materials used, building materials must become circular for a sustainable future. We help our clients meet rising pressure from their customers and investors, and to comply with planning regulations which increasingly require minimum recycled content and reuse of existing materials. We reduce the carbon footprint of concrete by replacing cement with recycled low carbon binder, sequestering CO2 in the concrete and dramatically reducing transportation.
