XPOLI offers a SaaS solution (Software as a Service) to retail stores for a monthly subscription fee. Customers can subscribe to pre-defined service levels or create their own individualized analytics package by selecting from a wide spectrum of features. The fee is calculated from the number of subscribed features, respectively. XPOLI creates a digital twin of each stores through a 3D-Scan. GDPR-compliant motion sensors covering the entire store, capture all relevant data on customers' shopping behaviour. The result offers an unprecedented understanding of customers that goes far beyond what is already possible in e-commerce today. The AI-based analytics are owned by XPOLI.
