About Xresource Consulting Group

At Xresource we are specialists in business development and execution of strategies that lead to growth and improved EBITDA. We have been working with Danish and international companies, in all sizes and many industries since 2004. All companies have strategies, plans and objectives well described in documents and presentations - but the execution suffers when the daily work has to be done and a day only has 24 hours. In close cooperation with the management, Xresource deliver action plans that are concrete, possible to implement and effectively support the short and long term goals of the company. The action plans are executed with the help of our experienced advisors and in the process we improve and develop the plans further. The job is not done before we reach your goals. Xresource is specialized in three main areas • Development and optimization of the company • M & A • Sales and marketing development
