Established in 1994, our family-owned Dairy proudly created Australia’s first marinated fetta, introducing a cheese style that is still revered and widely emulated over 3 decades on. Our cheeses are primarily soft in style, reflecting the time-honoured, traditional farmhouse cheeses of Central Europe yet bolstered by the rich provenance of the Yarra Valley.
