Hello Everyone, My Name is Yash and I hope all you are doing well! I have launched a new initiative aimed at promoting health and fitness awareness. My goal is to educate people so they don't take misguided actions regarding their health and fitness based on misinformation. With this objective, I hope to provide important health and fitness-related information in an easy-to-understand format with a universal audience. My goal is to raise people's awareness of fitness and health . I want to educate people about health and fitness issues so they may take responsibility for their own health as well as that of their loved ones. There is a lot of false information and gossip around health and fitness in the market nowadays. My goal is to raise awareness among the public so that they will at least know the consequences of their actions for their health. To support this, I offer both offline and online health and fitness sessions in corporate environments and educational institutions. I also offer customised exercise and diet programs made to fit the needs and lifestyle of each individual.
