The YEES team consists of experts with over a decade of hands-on experience in rotor inspection and repair, along with supporting damage assessment and repair during transportation, installation, and operation, including damage affecting blades and other wind turbine components, on both onshore and offshore wind farms. We dedicate all our attention and investment to composite materials, blade structures, and tower integrity, which has enabled us to become one of the leading service partners in both domestic and European markets. We leverage extensive field experience to deliver precise inspections, including detailed assessments of blade surfaces, leading and trailing edges, lightning protection systems, and comprehensive photographic documentation. Our inspection reports are designed to support informed decision-making for investors and operators. We also carry out advanced composite repairs, ranging from erosion and coating damage removal, through edge reconstruction and lamination, to post-lightning strike restoration. In addition, we provide blade balancing and blade angle optimization to help improve rotor performance and operational efficiency. YEES Wind Academy is our dedicated training center, where we deliver internationally recognized GWO Blade Repair and Advanced Blade Repair courses, as well as dedicated training programs for turbine owners, O&M providers, and insurers involved in blade condition assessment, damage evaluation, repair planning, and quality oversight.
