Yegertek’s core customer engagement engine is built through the company’s own app source registered IP, “Engage 365”, which was developed through multiple client engagements and over years of technical refinement. “Engage 365” provides clients with a wholistic customer view and drives engagement through multiple CRM modules (such as marketing automation, voice-of-customer applications, and data-driven dashboard visuals). Beyond loyalty, Yegertek also operates within the mobility and e-commerce development space, while deploying in-house data scientists to cleanse information and extrapolate strategic insights on big-data. Throughout the engagement life cycle, Yegertek not only provides technical support, but also adds immense business value through strategic support by leveraging our experienced management team.
