About Yellowbox DC

Yellowbox develops power-first data center sites for AI and hyperscale infrastructure. We focus on solving the most critical constraint facing data center development today: power availability. Yellowbox delivers entitled, power-ready land with behind-the-meter natural gas generation and future grid connectivity, enabling data center operators to deploy faster when traditional grid timelines are not viable. Our sites are designed to support high-density AI workloads today while preserving long-term scale and flexibility. Our portfolio includes large-scale, phased campuses and near-term grid-connected sites across strategic U.S. markets. Each project is developed with a clear power strategy, robust permitting, and infrastructure planning aligned to the needs of hyperscalers, colocation providers, and developers. Yellowbox partners with operators to deliver infrastructure where power comes first—and execution matters.
