About Yodega

Yodega was founded in 2023 by Kara Harrison, a Logan Square resident since 2007 and a yoga practitioner since 1998. We love city living and we live for our corner bodega for many of life's needs. With Yodega, we are creating your corner yoga studio. We will be offering a full schedule of yoga classes throughout the week, including heated and unheated classes. We are also excited to offer Sound Bath experiences.
