About Yomorebi Hospitality Consulting

With a combined experience of over three decades across various 5-star hotel brands, Paloma Quadros & Jonathan Sequeira founded Yomorebi Hospitality Consulting LLP in June 2019 in Goa, India. Since then, we have handled training & consultation assignments predominantly for hospitality businesses in the three, four and five-star hotel categories as well as allied businesses such as Lifestyle clubs, Casinos, Entertainment, Education, Electric Vehicles, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Building Materials, and the Indian Navy. Yomorebi Hospitality Consulting LLP is an empaneled Training Partner under Food Safety Training & Certification (FoSTaC) program in India. We are empaneled as a Training Partner under the Food Safety Training & Certification (FoSTaC) programme of FSSAI to conduct trainings under FoSTaC programme for PAN India in all the available FoSTaC Courses. For social initiatives, we are the creators of The Helping To Light Initiative and The Great Chef Culinary Challenge Goa. In our belief to help people come into the light, we also collaborate with The Goa School and COOJ Mental Health Foundation Goa.
