About Yotemarket

YoteMarket is a Kenyan-built ecommerce and logistics platform designed to help merchants sell smarter, move goods efficiently, and grow sustainably in a fragmented market environment. We bring together online market exposure, structured merchant tools, and reliable last-mile logistics into one unified ecosystem built for local realities. At its core, YoteMarket operates as a virtual mall. Merchants subscribe to the platform to create branded storefronts that customers can browse like physical shops, with store logos displayed on the homepage for easy discovery. Unlike traditional marketplaces that push merchants into price wars, YoteMarket empowers sellers with visibility, data, and control over their inventory, pricing, and customer engagement. Our logistics model is optimized for affordability and predictability. Instead of expensive point-to-door deliveries, we use hub-based drop-offs and distance-based pricing to reduce costs while maintaining speed and reliability. This allows merchants to plan deliveries in advance and riders to earn consistently without being overworked or underpaid.Technology is the backbone of YoteMarket. Merchants receive real-time insights into customer activity within their virtual stores, including what shoppers are viewing and searching for. This demand signaling helps sellers stock the right products, adjust pricing intelligently, and reduce dead inventory. Customer support, logistics coordination, and merchant tools are increasingly automated using AI to keep the platform efficient as it scales. YoteMarket is built with long-term sustainability in mind. Our revenue comes from transparent subscription tiers rather than heavy commissions, ensuring alignment with merchant success.Riders operate under clear guardrails that protect their earnings, while merchants benefit from predictable costs and growing market access.YoteMarket is redefining how local businesses sell and deliver in Kenya.
