About Youmi

Youmi solves a problem that’s been ignored for too long: supporting someone struggling with their mental health shouldn’t feel like desperate, exhausting guesswork. Right now, it does. At Youmi, we’re supercharging supporters – friends, family, colleagues, and leaders who want to help but don’t always know how. We guide them with clear, actionable, and contextual direction for real situations, making support practical, effective, and human. We believe support isn’t about becoming someone you’re not – it’s about being more of who you already are, with the right tools to make a difference. Mental ill-health affects whole communities. It’s time we take a different, smarter approach to support. 📩 Always open to conversations about mental health, behavioural science, and building better support systems.
