For over five decades, Young America Realty has specialized in serving the needs of property owners and residents to foster successful, long-term investments. Based in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois, we manage approximately 3,000 units, with roughly half as student housing (4,600 beds) serving Illinois State University students and half as traditional multi-family properties spread throughout our community. As a property management company, we navigate the natural tension between property owners and residents, serving as a bridge that unites their interests.
