About Young Learners Aviation Academy

Young Learners Aviation Academy (YLAA) is part of Young Learners Academy Pvt. Ltd.(YLA)- a company established in 2008! YLA is associated with UCMAS (Universal Concept Mental Arithmetic System)- a globally recognized brand in the Abacus training space. With a network of 60 plus learning centres and 100 plus associate teachers, YLA sailed smoothly during the turbulent COVID shutdown periods. YLAA owes it’s birth to Capt. Nitin Bendre- a passionate aviator who earned his PPL (DGCA- India) in 2017 and CPL (DGCA- India) in 2021 (at age 59!!) Capt. Nitin is also the co-founder of YLA and combines his vast education-related experience with a passion for everything concerning flying machines. At a stage and age in life when most people contemplate retirement, Capt. Nitin wants to help students wanting to pursue a career in flying airplanes. YLAA would not have been a reality without the able support of Rashmi Indulkar- Technical Director of YLA. Rashmi is also involved in the education space for over two decades!
