Young Soaring Eagle's approach is grounded in Etuaptmumk ('two-eyed' seeing). Etuaptmumk is a concept developed by Albert and Murdena Marshall - that utilizes the strengths of both Indigenous and non-Indigenous approach. We are passionate about the projects we work on and the clients we serve. Respect, honesty, and accountability are values that frame our work and relationships.
