Your Shot jobs and careers

About Your Shot

Your Shot is the world’s largest and most transformative platform for emerging DJs, combining a world-class DJ Academy with high-energy live showcases that turn aspiring beginners into confident performers on major stages. Founded in 2010, Your Shot has scaled rapidly across Australia and New Zealand, and is now expanding across the United States with programs in LA, NYC, Miami, and Denver, with additional cities in the pipeline. Each year, Your Shot attracts thousands of participants and generates more registrants than Idol, The X Factor, and The Voice combined. Participants receive fully funded, professional training and mentorship before stepping onto major stages to perform in front of sold-out live audiences. As it continues to scale globally, Your Shot is launching careers, fostering creativity, and connecting the next generation of talent with audiences and opportunities worldwide.
