About YourPassion1st

Mentoring & Coaching Platform l Industry Leader in Workforce Readiness Festivals & Workshops. We are a 501 (c)(3) driven by the passion to serve under-resourced communities. The Reality Due to a lack of positive role models and mentors, low self-esteem, and a disillusioned view of the world through the screens of their televisions, computers, and phones, our youth have become disenfranchised. Our Vision Our organization seeks to inspire those youth and at the same time be inspired!
