About YTR Consulting

I'm Thilani Grubel, a strategic marketing leader with 15+ years bridging product, brand, and go-to-market strategy across diverse industries. Based in California and working remotely, I love smart strategy, creative storytelling, and making an impact by translating complex products and missions into narratives that resonate with customers and drive measurable business results. Outside of marketing, you can catch me: • Watching basketball (go Valks!) • Training for my next race • Perfecting my marshmallow recipe • Trying to teach my dog, Huey, to bark when I say “Ducktales”
