EASY LEGAL MEXICO is a company that appears as a result of the fusion of two legal firms, directed by Attorneys at Law Alfonso Barrera Romero and Francisco Gutierrez Cetina. Both specialized in the Real Estate and Corporate Law area with more than 10 years of expertise. In those year they have witness and experiences the difficulties that clients (mostly foreign) have getting things done in Mexico, particularly in the legal department, the law and processes are complex and the service most legal firms offer are slow and somewhat impersonals, which is what have create a sense of distrust in the Mexican legal systems and the firms. The main goal of the company is to gather a team and unite efforts to offer to the clients the most professional, expedite and affordable legal services (which we are willing to guarantee), in all the areas of the law, breaking down the law to their most simple and accessible aspect, making sure the clients always feel protected and safe, in their person and investment.
