Yue Da International Holdings Limited, formerly Yue Da Mining Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the management and operation of metal mineral projects. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Mining Operations segment is mainly involved in the exploration, mining and processing of metal minerals including zincs, leads, coppers, irons and golds. The Factoring Business segment mainly provides trade finance, sales ledger management, customer credit rating, accounts receivable management and collection, factoring consulting, credit risk guarantee, supply chain management and other factoring related services.
