About Yuta JSCo | part of UTEX Industrial Holding

Based in Rousse, Bulgaria, we manufacture nonwoven textiles and thermal insulation materials for clients across Europe who need a reliable, technically capable supplier - not just a vendor. Our production covers the full range of industrial nonwoven applications: polyester wadding, siliconized fill/fluff, needle-punched nonwovens, flat nonwovens, and filter materials. All available in custom weights, widths, and specifications. The industries we supply are demanding by nature and there is no room for compromises. Our materials go into: Protective clothing and PPE; Workwear and occupational uniforms; Military, firefighter, and law enforcement apparel; Outdoor performance wear; Fashion outerwear and quilted jacket interlinings; Furniture and automotive. In order to keep our standards high we are certified with OEKO-TEX, ISO 9001, FIATEC. What sets us apart isn't just the product range, it's the team behind it. Decades of nonwoven manufacturing means our R&D team can work with clients on custom formulations, our production runs are consistent, and our position as a European manufacturer means shorter lead times and supply chain reliability. We also offer private label manufacturing, quilting and full customization for brands that need something specific rather than something standard. Apart from our manufacturing process, we are also focused on reducing our carbon footprint and creating a sustainable environment. For the last few years we operate our own PV plant at our factory, which produces our green energy. Also, we tend to use recycled fibers so we don't damage the environment further. nonwoven manufacturer · wadding supplier · needle punched nonwoven · thermal insulation fabric · interlining supplier · technical textiles Europe · polyester batting · siliconized fill · protective clothing materials · workwear insulation
