About Zagrava Women Ecosystem

ZAGRAVA WOMEN is a global ecosystem of Ukrainian women building businesses, lives, and initiatives across different countries. Founded in 2016 by Gala Glow Shostak, it has grown into an international network connecting ukrainian women across the world. We work with women entrepreneurs, founders, and experts who are developing their own projects, expanding into new markets, or redefining how they build their businesses and lives. At the core of ZAGRAVA WOMEN is a new model of leadership — one that does not separate personal life from business, or inner state from external results. We focus on the integration of clarity, energy, and strategy. Because sustainable growth is not only about systems and decisions — it is also about the state from which they are made. Within ZAGRAVA WOMEN, we combine: — strategic development of business and projects — leadership programs and group work — peer-to-peer environment and partnerships — international connections and cross-border collaboration Women in the ecosystem launch new initiatives, build partnerships, enter new markets, and create businesses that reflect their values, capacity, and ambition. A key strength of ZAGRAVA WOMEN is its global structure. Ukrainian women living and working in different countries stay connected, collaborate, and contribute to shared initiatives — strengthening both their individual paths and a collective presence worldwide. We are open to partnerships with organizations, business communities, and institutions working in entrepreneurship, leadership, and women’s development. This includes: — joint programs and events — international collaborations — ecosystem partnerships — initiatives supporting Ukrainian women globally ZAGRAVA WOMEN represents a generation of women who are building with awareness, depth, and responsibility — shaping both their own lives and a broader impact.
