About Zarela AI

Zarela AI builds AI agents for limousine and charter bus companies. Transportation operators lose bookings every day due to slow email responses, missed broker requests, and overloaded dispatch teams. We fix that. Our AI agents automatically: • Read and classify inbound emails • Extract trip details (date, time, pax, pickup/drop-off) • Evaluate pricing rules • Check vehicle availability • Respond with quotes or confirmations • Book trips directly in systems like LimoAnywhere We operate 24/7 — no missed orders, no manual back-and-forth, no delays. Zarela replaces repetitive dispatcher and call center tasks with intelligent automation, allowing fleets to scale operations without scaling headcount. Faster responses. Higher booking rates. Smarter operations. Built for modern charter and limousine companies.
