Zen Warrior Counseling Center provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health services with a focus on first responders, veterans, and their families. We understand the unique challenges of life on the front lines—whether in uniform, behind the headset, or at home supporting a loved one. Our clinicians specialize in trauma-focused care, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy), EFCT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy), and substance use counseling.
