Zenko International is led by an experienced team located across 2 offices: our head office, Zenko Monaco and Zenko Lithuania. Zenko International’s services include the end-to-end project development, project management, and on-site execution of → Interior installation → Electrical installation → HVAC installation → Furniture production and installation Consultancy services: Our multidisciplinary team of consultancy specialists combine end-to-end holistic management, Theory of Constrains (TOC), and Lean management principles. As a seamless extension of the client’s teams, we work in-house, over several consecutive days if needed, to analyse the client’s business processes as a whole, pinpointing critical inefficiencies and leverage points throughout the entire value chain.
