About Zenya Yoga Studio & Yoga Academy

A Sanctuary for the Soul Founded in 2005 from a shared dream of three visionaries, Zenya was created to inspire peace, love, and light through the practices of yoga, mindful meditation, and massage. We envisioned a space that is both inviting and creative—where people of all backgrounds feel at home—while staying deeply rooted in the rich traditions of yoga. For the past 18 years, Zenya has been more than just a yoga studio; it has been a sanctuary, a refuge from the stresses of daily life. A place to breathe, to move, to be still, and to simply be. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time, rekindling your practice, or diving deep into yoga through our Yoga Teacher Training program, Zenya welcomes you with open arms. From the moment you walk through our doors, you become part of a community that values mindfulness, connection, and holistic well-being. We believe that the peace and balance cultivated within our space should extend beyond it—into your life, your community, and the world around you. Our hope is that after each visit, you leave feeling inspired to share positivity, mindfulness, and wellness with those you love. Welcome to Zenya—your home for yoga, healing, and transformation.
