Supporting the Offices of the CFO / Financial Executives, Controllership and Investor Relations (both public and private companies) through project-based engagements. Private Companies: Specializing in the unique needs of Alternative Investment firms in the Private Equity/Credit, Venture Capital, Commercial Real Estate Investing subsectors with a focus on institutional-class service bringing sophisticated investor reporting and analysis to institutional & individual investor communities. Services: Lender Compliance; Capital Structure Analysis; Financial Accounting: closing books prior to engaging the operational stakeholders within the investment asset(s), projects, or properties; partnering with key decision makers and owners of the investment and management company by delivering results (operational and financial dashboards) and analysis to internal stakeholders and external institutional & individual investors. Public Companies: Broad experience across the 11 S&P 500 sectors (market caps of $5B to $50B) serving CFOs/CXOs and corporate finance & accounting executives. Project experience in Corporate FP&A: Total company budget, forecast, and multi-year outlook through financial models. Corporate Accounting: Process and structural improvements to monthly & quarterly close. Subsequent reporting post-close: Budget-to-actual analysis, reporting to internal stakeholders within operations and finance. Strategic Finance & Treasury: Analysis of capital structure management & risk, strategic partnerships with 3rd party investment banks and commercial lenders, asset allocation, cash flow analysis & cash management.
