We created Zerosion with an aim to revolutionize the way you think about corrosion protection of bolted joints and flanges Zerosion offers easy to use protection, with a list of criteria: • A 10 year system that provides easy access to bolted joints when you need it • A system that you can simply cut off, but offers 10 years of protection when applied • A system that provides 1,000% life extension in a H2S environment • That is hand applied (brush, roller, spray) without the need for expensive equipment • A protective coat that can be removed when access is required, putting the field engineer first • Something that treats and inhibits corrosion • Does not require an expensive training course • Is WRAS / BS6920 accredited • That removes the requirement for a blasted or ISO / SA2 ½ prepared surface • Can be applied in an ATEX 1 / Ex environment, is non-flammable and will not melt or burn or accelerate a flame • Cost effective (<$50 of material cost for 12” flange) • Is US owned and operated, with offices in UK, MENA, AsiaPAC • Can be used within any industry that utilizes flanges and pipelines / storage: o Chemical production, o Water / wastewater, sewage, o DNO / electrical supply, o Oil and gas, o Cylinder protection o Building industry (GRP alternative) o LNG / Gas transfer We created Zerosion to remove the stigma of sacrificial bolts within a bolted joint pipeline system, to change the mentality of crack the paint = lost protection.
