The name ZOIA stems from the word Zoe, which means “life” in Greek. Breathing life into spaces, through advanced living & working concepts, adds substantial value to the assets and generates outsized returns. ZOIA specializes in identifying undervalued asset opportunities and transforming them into desirable spaces for people to live, create and commune. ZOIA philosophy and strategy leverages existing, «traditionally successful» business models in commercial and residential property, while in parallel introduces to the Greek market new, global tendencies and concepts that currently disrupt the real estate market.
