About Zolabix (Pty) Ltd

Zolabix Integrity. Transparency. Structural Impartiality. At Zolabix, we believe that Road Transport Management System (RTMS) certification should be defined by objective standards, not industry gatekeeping. As a SANAS-accredited Certification Body, our mission is to provide independent, impartial, and technically sound audits that drive real-world safety and operational excellence. We recognize that the journey to compliance with SANS 1395-1:2019 can be complex. While we maintain Structural Impartiality to ensure our certification decisions remain 100% objective, we are committed to providing the industry with the highest level of technical clarity. We provide the "what" of the standard in plain language, so you can build the "how" with total confidence. Our Assessment Framework: The 5 Pillars of RTMS. Our audit process is structured around the five core pillars defined in SANS 1395-1:2019:Pillar 1: Fleet Management – Verification of vehicle inventory, license validity, and permit control. Pillar 2: Load Management – Assessment of mass verification, equipment calibration, and load-securing protocols. Pillar 3: Road Safety Management – Verification of fatigue management, driver wellness, speed monitoring, and incident investigation. Pillar 4: Vehicle Maintenance – Assessment of preventive maintenance scheduling, defect reporting, and roadworthiness tracking. Pillar 5: Legal and Compliance – Verification of the Legal Register, insurance adequacy, and internal audit performance. Why the Industry Chooses Us? In a market where transparency is rare, integrity is our currency. We provide: Technical Interpretation: Translating technical clauses into actionable requirements. Uncompromising Independence: Strict adherence to SANS 17021 to ensure your certificate holds value. Plain-Language Clarity: Eliminating the "mystery" of audits so your team knows exactly what evidence is required for compliance. Zolabix: The New Standard in Independent RTMS Certification.
