About Zone 7: Beyond Health

We aim to empower individuals and communities by providing them with the tools and resources necessary to take control of their own health. Our organization's goal of going "beyond health" has three components: - Living longer: extending lifespan by preventing the onset of disease and properly managing active conditions - Living better: improving quality of life by optimizing physical and mental health and performance - Making good health a reality for everyone: actively eroding barriers to health equity. Current projects include scholarships for low-income students, health screenings for the unhoused, health promotion and education, a transitional housing program to address social determinants in at-risk young adults, and more.
