From my World Series zone experience comes a neuro science based coaching approach for athletes and executives to access the zone to achieve peak performance and sustainable confidence. My scientific studies and research have supported much anecdotal evidence that baseball pitchers through an increased alpha-theta brain wave state, can increase spin rate and command of all pitches while minimizing soft tissue injuries.
